Our Philosophy

Our philosophy in regards to speed and fitness training is simple:

Train fast with a purpose and a goal. Always ask yourself, your coach or trainer, what is the purpose of this training session? What is this work, this training session, going to do for me? If they can't give you a difinitive answer, find a different coach or trainer. We also expect your full effort in practice and most definitely in your events. It makes little sense to work hard in practice, then go out and give a less than full effort in your race. You are cheating yourself if you do. Be mentally as well as, physically tough. No Excuses, No Alibis!!!

Why go to a practice or training session and train slooooow to go out and race, compete or play fast? It makes no sense and your mind and body knows it makes no sense. In order to compete at your game or athletic speed, you need to train at or above that specific sports speed. There is absolutely no need to train with us if you plan on doing the "marathon shuffle" in the training sessions. We train fast at all times, with plenty of rest between repetitions, sets and sessions to continue the fast quality workouts. Go fast or Go Home.
